The Compatible Occupations Table is designed to help you investigate key data on occupations that share similar knowledge, skills and abilities to the occupation you’ve selected. The data is drawn from the selected region. The occupations are available as O*NET Occupations, the American database of occupations with underlying skills data, and which we have mapped to UK SOC codes.

To select an occupation, you can start typing an occupation name and a drop down menu of suggested O*NET occupations will appear. Alternatively, you can use the browse feature, or use the search box on the top menu bar of Analyst to find the relevant O*NET occupation.

Once you run the report, you will see details on the related occupations by their compatibility with your selected occupation (the table does not show the data for the occupation you selected).
